Some of us went down to the Atomic Ballroom in Los Angeles last night to dance and promote the Vegas Exchange. It was fun!

They have a lesson and dance every Friday night.

The Atomic Ballroom is a dance studio with a large floor like Star Dancers. It was crowded with dancers. There are three community colleges near by so there were lots of students. Upstairs they have "Blues Room" where you can cool off with some sultry slow blues dancing.

The cover charge was $8 when we went.

We drove there and back in one night, leaving Vegas at 5pm and returning at 6am. It was about a 4 hour drive each way.

The Aruba is certainly more convenient on Fridays, but there's no Aruba on the first Friday of the month, so we should go again on November 7th when there is no Aruba.
